We are excited to introduce a movement for Houston that we pray will bolster excitement in churches to hook up with CEF Houston to reach more kids for Christ! It’s called RADIUSHouston.
The radius of a circle is the length of the line from the center to any point on its edge. Every local church, every family, and every individual has a circle around them. Some have small circles; others have circles that are quite large.
The circle is filled with schools, neighborhoods, apartment complexes, trailer parks—children! CEF Houston wants to help you find your radius: the line extended from you or your church to where the children are in your community.
The purpose of RADIUSHouston is to inspire the 4,000+ churches across our city to consider a friendship with us to reach more children with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The passion of RADIUSHouston is to encourage local churches to:
R ealize their surroundings. How can I see children around me through God’s eyes?
A sk God to raise up more laborers. When will I pray for God to mobilize more laborers?
D etermine to obey. Where will I obey today?
I nvest in their radius. What has God given me to invest in others?
U se their training. Where can I apply my passion?
S eek to serve. How can I adapt my life to be more evangelistic?
